Individual registration for the 5K run. No shipping fee for t-shirt. Pickup times are from July 23 noon to 5:00 pm, July 24 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, and July 27 9:00 am – 5:00 pm at the Courtland Consulting office: 1500 Watertower Place Suite 200, East Lansing, MI 48823
